Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when we receive the required deposit or full payment and issue a confirmation invoice.

2. Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance payment must be made as per the due date specified in the confirmation invoice.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as per the following schedule:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Deposit amount
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • 7-14 days before departure: 75% of total cost
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total cost

4. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid travel documents including passport, visas, and health certificates as required.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, and loss of personal belongings.

6. Changes by Us

We reserve the right to change itineraries, accommodation, or transportation due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

7. Liability

Chalo Manali acts as an agent for various service providers and is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred during the travel.

8. Complaints

Any complaints must be reported immediately to our local representative and to our office. Failure to do so may affect your rights under this contract.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
