Weather & Packing FAQs

Late December to February is the best window for experiencing heavy snowfall. During this time, areas like Solang Valley, Gulaba, and Sethan Village turn into active snow sports zones. High-altitude passes like Rohtang remain closed due to heavy snow.

For summers (April-June), pack light layers, cotton tees, and a light jacket for evenings. For winters (November-February), heavy thermal innerwear, thick woolen sweaters, down jackets, gloves, beanies, and waterproof shoes are absolutely essential.
